Dear Daughter,
I am your safety net. I came to provide you a safe place. I saw you hiding and trembling when men and women took advantage of you. The enemy wanted to do far worse. You can lean on me, baby girl. I won't let you fall. You are my top priority. My love never fails, I will never turn my back on you.
"For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy. Now I will arise," say the Lord; "I will set him in the safety for which he yearns." - Psalm 12:5
You can trust me, I am not him. I will not abandon you. I will not silently watch you fail. I will comfort you. I will listen to you. I will avenge you. I will protect your heart and your body. Relax, it's too much for you to bear. You must give it to Me, so that you can rest.
I came to set you free. Free from the hurt, pain, heartache. Free from the thoughts that hold you captive. You are beautiful, just the way you are, just the way I created you. You seek change on the outside ... that's the world's view. The change must come from within.
You fight the thoughts and debilitating mindset, by staying in my presence. Listen to worship music. It will quiet your thoughts and help you think on things that are heavenly. Even when you think nothing is happening, you are doing nothing, or I am silent, let the music soothe and calm you. I am chipping away at the stoney heart. Remember I am with you, every day, all day. Not just during our quiet time or church service. I am with you every day, all day. You don't summon Me, I summon you. Let me show you how much I love you!
