The impact on shipping times, due to COVID/19 is decreasing. While this is great news, delays are still expected.
Below is an estimate of the fulfillment of your orders.
T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies (5-7 business days)
Mugs (5 business days)
Framed posters (5 business days)
Books, Journals (3 business days)
Please note that shipping may take an additional 3-5 days once fulfillment is complete.
Has My Order Shipped?
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped and will include the tracking number for your package.
Can I modify/Cancel My Order?
If you feel you made a mistake on your order details, please email us at email@example.com within 24hours to notify us of any changes. Once the 24-hours has lapsed, we are unable to modify or cancel any orders.
What if my order was not received?
Please ensure your address details were entered correctly when the order was placed. If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it: you must contact the carrier.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the carrier used).
Indiwrites does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
Please note that Indiwrites physical products are printed on demand, therefore ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL.
**Please note if items arrive with physical damages, or incorrect product received, the buyer can submit a detailed request for exchange within 24 hours of delivery. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to include your Order # (include pictures if possible). We will work with our distributors to ensure your order is corrected. The buyer is responsible for all returning shipping fees, once exchange is deemed necessary buyer will be refunded for those shipping costs**
Once a digital product is purchased, an email is sent to provide instructions to download the product. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the email address is entered correctly. We will not offer refunds if the buyer entered the wrong email address. If you have not received your product download within 24-hours, please email us at email@example.com with your order number so that we can send the download to the correct place. Be sure to check your spam folder.
All courses are administered through our 3rd party vendor, Thinkific, once purchased, you will be directed to the site to enter your login details (email address and password). Please store this password in a safe place, as it will be needed for access to the course material. Please do not share your login credentials with others.
