Better Me Strategy Session
In this 60-90 min session, we will discuss your personalized path to begin you journey to wholeness. The goal is to set you on a path to healing, combat any barriers and provide clarity on the healing process. You will receive a BETTER Me planner, in which we will work through it together to write a vision for your wellness and create your personalized healing plan that includes a bible study guide and action plan. Afterwards you will receive a recording of the session.

Awaken the Dream Coaching Program
This coaching program is designed for the woman or entrepreneur looking for guidance on how to turn her pain into purpose. In the initial 90-min session we will create a plan of action using my DPS Philosophy:
Dream - Uncover the dream - Who are you? What are your current barriers. Assess your gifts, skills and education.
Plan - Craft a realistic plan - Clarify the dream and write the vision. What is your vision for your future in accordance to the 5 senses, what do you hear, see, taste, smell, touch/feel? Who are you helping and/or working with? how can you use your gifts & talents to solve a problem or provide a solution for others
Succeed - Create a roadmap for success - Clarify goals, Identify the first step to make your goals a reality, implement a 6-mth to 1-yr plan. Ensure a support system for accountability and encouragement
Session includes recording and written DPS action plan, choice between the Dream, Plan, Succeed or Minding My Kingdom Business Undated planner, plus a free copy of the Awaken the Dream 90-day devotional to provide you encouragement on your journey, a quarterly 60-min check-in Accountability session.
