I like the fact that the author gives a scriptures per section but gives the writer permission to allow their thoughts to flow without guidance by asking "What is God speaking to you thru his word" in this season. The second portion the book walks you thru your brokenness of the 3 W's by breaking your silence and section 3 on applying the Word to those broken areas. A must have book a journey to journaling that leads to healing.

Great detailed layout. As I was writing my letter to God, I felt heard. Having to write down my thoughts drove me to do deeper dive subconsciously. This particular journal has helped a-lot on my healing journey. I look forward to purchasing other items from this site.

I loved the steps, they are laid out really well. I worked through the first section and enjoyed writing my letter to God and reflecting on the prompts and scriptures; however I found myself a little lost when it came to the “My Thoughts” pages. I felt like I was done with the letter and reflecting and didn’t need the additional writing space. Just personal preference.
